Are you looking for wall decor ideas to refresh your space? Those empty walls are filled with possibilities—and a few additions can make a house feel like a home. If you're ready to turn those stark, bare walls into stylish centerpieces, keep reading.

Wall decor is a huge aspect of what is needed to create that homey, cosy feeling. When it comes to wall decor, there are endless possibilities. You can choose to go with a simple look, or you can add in some eclectic touches to make your space stand out.

1. Go with the Mirror Decor
The latest trends in decoration show that decorating walls with mirrors is a practical necessity. That way we can exploit all the characteristics of a house to the maximum, through the strategic placement of mirrors in one place or another. When placed across from a window, you'll double the amount of light while creating the illusion of a larger space.

2. Use large-scale art
An oversized painting or photograph will command attention and set the tone in a small space. Try a black-and-white photo in a minimalist space or add color with a vibrant abstract piece

3. Make a Gallery wall with Photos
Gallery walls or photo walls have become quite popular over the last few years, providing an easy way to update your Home Interior Designs, transform bland walls, create a focal point in your home, and bring some character and personality to your living space. You can create a gallery wall using your own photographs and art and purchase suitably sized picture frames to hang on the wall. Nothing adds personality and color quite like a gallery wall.

4.  Make use of Hang plates
Take all the plates that you’re thinking about using in your plate wall and lay them out on the floor. If you space constraints for the wall that they’ll be hanging on, it helps to put some painter’s tape on the floor to mark the max width and height that you have to work with. Arrange and rearrange until you figure out a design that you love!

5. Design Wall Panels with Lights
Decorative LED light panels or fluorescent light covers can be used as a unique form of wall decor you won’t see elsewhere. Most people associate fluorescent and LED lighting with area lighting, usually from fixtures in the ceiling. However, there is no reason why you cannot also use them on walls.
